El Colmado is a classic Spanish tapas and wine bar by Chef Seamus Mullen, located within food hall Gotham West Market in New York's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. The menu features a range of traditional and inspired Spanish tapas and a Spanish-focused wine list, featuring excellent but lesser known wine regions of Spain.
