Cheng Peng is the UK brand manager for the baijiu (Chinese spirit) brand Wuliangye. She looks after the distribution, PR events and marketing for the brand in the UK. Vin & Sprit claims that baijiu is the world's most popular spirit and Wuliangye is reported to rank first in terms of market share compared with other baijiu brands. She’s now working on the first Chinese book on sherry wines as well. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from University of Cambridge and a certificate from Le Cordon Bleu. She has also worked for one of UK’s leading fine wine investment company before taking her current position.
