A WSET certified educator who developed her passion for wine while working in fine dining. Sharon started her WSET journey in 2009 and went on to work for Bibendum PLB in London where she gained invaluable experience in the world of wine and spirits. She founded Wine Courses Barcelona in 2015 with the aim of spreading her knowledge and love of wine to others, and became a Sherry Educator in November 2019.
Sherry became an obsession when studying for her WSET Diploma fortified wines exam. Her love has grown and grown since then. Her favourite style is Palo Cortado and she believes Sherry wines are the best category of Spanish wines for value, consistency and amazing quality.
