All the best tapas restaurant are off the beaten track, so when we stumbled across the doors of an empty warehouse on the cobbled, back streets of Leith back in 2009, a spark was ignited, and Tapa was born. Taking the finest produce and inspiration from all across Spain, we’ve taken our experiences over the years to paint our own picture of Spain, and Tapa is the culmination of our efforts.
