We celebrate and proudly showcase all different styles of dry sherries: Manzanilla, Fino, Amontillado, Orloroso, Palo Cortado. We work with bodegas Hidalgo, Callejuela, Primitivo Collantes, Lustau. Nothing better than a glass of Manzanilla and Jamon, no better pairing for boquerones than a Manzanilla/ Fino, Amontillado with queso Zamorano/ Manchego, Chorizo with Palo Cortado, Oloroso with Txuleta.
