Pale cream pairs particularly well with Foie Gras. It is a fino that has been sweetened with a pure grape sugar, the difference is the sweetness and it has a very special acid and salty character. So food pairing is very similar to Fino and Manzanilla, but with a sweet touch.

Pale Cream must be served chilled, at around 7º C.

The ideal wine to pair with foie and pâté.

Very pleasant with fresh fruit (pear).
