Tucked away in a little side street behind London's bustling Borough Market is the Boot and Flogger, an old fashioned wine bar that is every bit the modern day food and drink sanctuary. The history is seeping out of the wood-panelled walls and leather charis but this no out-of-date establishment. The wine list is smart and respects the traditions of London's tastes for the best from round the world, including Sherry.
You can enjoy Sherry from the barrel and a good selection for any part of your meal. Fish and chips is particularly good so ask for a glass of fino to acommpany your meal. Or, to finish you can opt for the mini puds (guilt-free on account of their size!) with a glass of cream Sherry.

Sherry Wine Pairing
Miniature Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and clotted cream; Coconut crème brulee with mango and passion fruit salad and toasted coconut; and Chocolate hazelnut brownie with hot chocolate fudge sauce. Yum. Delicious with a glass of cream Sherry, which is not too sweet but enough to compliment the trio of puds.
