The intention was to maintain, care for and where possible improve a cultural legacy which is unique in the world and of incalculable value. In essence to protect and love our heritage.

Amontillado, because to get there, first you have to make a good Fino, which is without doubt the wine which requires the most effort.

The singularity of its aromas and flavours along with the concentration it has, and the way it gives expression to the vineyards which make it.
