We've doubled our sherry range with new listings available online and in store. We will be doing bespoke cocktail and food pairing recommendations all week to highlight the versatility of sherry wines, and we're also doing an extra focus on the still white wines of Jerez and Sanlucar de Barrameda, to showcase the Palomino grape variety from mineral led, mediterranean still white, through to oxidative rich Oloroso.
