No, it's not all like the sticky stuff in your grandma's kitchen cabinet. Sherry is a fortified wine with a massive range of flavors and food pairing potential, and Certified Sherry Educator Sean Norton will be joining us to talk through how the different styles are produced and best enjoyed.
This year, we'll also get to try some rare one-off bottles that El Lopo's team just brought back from our trip to the sherry region!
Your ticket price covers five glasses of sherry as well as educational materials. Food pairing option will also be available upon arrival.
