Copa Jerez, the prestigious international competition for gastronomic pairings with Sherry and Manzanilla wines, is now accepting entries. Organized every two years by Fedejerez and the Regulatory Council of the D.O. “Jerez-Xerès-Sherry” and “Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda,” the competition invites the best teams of chefs and sommeliers to compete in its 12th National Phase.
