The first edition brought together figures such as Josep Roca, Andoni Luis Aduriz, and Ángel León to explore the gastronomic value of sherry, with Ferran Centelles revealing his role at elBulli. The closing event was historic: the tasting-concert «De tal Palo tal Jerez» (Like Father, Like Sherry), combining wine with the guitar playing of Diego del Morao.
An edition focused on Sherry Wine as a business model and the rise of sherry bars. Crucial topics such as biological aging and single vineyard wines were discussed, in addition to presenting the latest trends in international mixology with sherry as the undisputed star.
