Sherry Week is coming to Bodegas Gutiérrez Colosía!
From Tuesday, November 3rd to Saturday, November 7th 2026, we invite you to celebrate the International Sherry Week with us — a week dedicated to discovering and enjoying the wines of the Sherry region.
At Gutierrez Colosia, you will be able to enjoy an English guided, where you’ll learn more about our history and the secrets that make our Sherry wines so unique.
The experience includes a tasting of 6 Sherry wines and a local appetiser, different food pairing each day, allowing you to discover how these wines complement the flavours of our region.
🍇 A different experience every day:
• Tuesday – Fino: paired with a tuna and cheese skewer featuring El Rey de Oros cheese.
• Wednesday – Amontillado: paired with Herpac mojama pâté.
• Thursday – Oloroso: accompanied by chicharrones (traditional pork cracklings) and products from Sabores de Paterna.
• Friday – Cream: paired with traditional almond wafers from El Puerto.
• Saturday – Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez (PX): accompanied by toast topped with Andazul cheese.
🕒 Guided tours in English:
• 11:15 am: Tuesday to Saturday.
• 6:30 pm: Thursday and Friday.
