Join us for a specialised Jamón Carving and Sherry Tasting, part of our Sherry Week celebrations - an evening exploring the provenance, craft and pleasure of two Spanish icons. Our experts will guide you through the traditional art of carving a jamón leg, from the correct hold of the knife to the delicate, paper-thin slices it should yield, with plenty to sample along the way.
Alongside, a guided tasting of carefully selected sherries, complete with a demonstration of the traditional venencia pouring technique, each pour chosen to bring out the best in the jamón before you.
Beyond the carving itself, your evening unfolds as a proper Spanish feast: pan con tomate and nata fritters alongside the main event, with a Basque cheesecake to close.
