To celebrate Sherry Week, we’re giving a special spotlight to Lustau Don Nuño Oloroso Dry Solera Familiar NV, discounted to £22.50 for the week. Oloroso is a wonderful style to explore as the evenings draw in. Unlike Fino and Manzanilla, it ages without the protective layer of flor, allowing oxygen to shape the wine as it matures. This develops a deeper colour, fuller texture and complex aromas of nuts, spice and dried fruit. On Friday 6 and Saturday 7 Novemeber we will be offering the chance to try the Sherry before taking a bottle home. No need to book just pop down to the shop and ask a member of staff.
