To celebrate Sherry week, we will be providing a Sherry paring menu. This will exhibit multiple dishes that use Sherry in their preparation that will then be paired with the Sherry that best helps to express the dish. There will also be a range of cocktails that all use a different Sherry to showcase the versatility of Sherry wines.
