To celebrate International Sherry Week 2026, Sherry Wine Love presents a special daily recipe series from 2 to 9 November.
The original recipes have been created by Anne Lancaster, a British cooking enthusiast and silver medal winner at an international marmalade competition.
From savoury dishes and delicious desserts to fresh salads and flavourful sauces, the series explores the versatility of Sherry wines and Sherry vinegar in home cooking.
Discover how a splash of Sherry can add depth and character to a dish, or how Sherry vinegar can bring a delightful finishing touch to everyday ingredients.
A different recipe will be featured each day, with English, Spanish and Japanese versions published progressively as separate articles.
And the celebration doesn't end with International Sherry Week! A special bonus recipe will be featured on 9 November.

インターナショナル・シェリー・ウィーク2026に合わせて、レシピブログ「Sherry Wine Love」では、11月2日（月）から9日（月）まで、シェリーにまつわる特別なレシピ連載をお届けします！
今回のレシピを考案・提供してくださったのは、英国のマーマレードコンテストで銀賞を受賞した経験を持つ、料理愛好家のAnne Lancaster（アン・ランカスター）さん。
シェリーを使ったお料理やデザート、シェリービネガーを生かしたサラダやソースなど、ご家庭でも楽しめる多彩なレシピをご紹介します。
