Marraskuun alussa vietetään kansainvälistä Sherryviikkoa 3-9.11. Mekin olemme mukana juhlinnassa maistelemalla erilaisia Sherryjä ja oppimalla lisää sen valmistuksesta ja eri tyyleistä (mm. Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, PX). Viinin kypsytyksellä on suuri merkitys viinin tyyliin ja illan aikana Solerajärjestelmä ja Flor-hiiva tulevat tutuksi. Sherryjen kanssa tarjolla on pientä espanjalaista naposteltavaa. Tilaisuus sopii kaikille.
International Sherry Week will be celebrated at the beginning of November, from November 3 to 9. We will also be joining in the festivities by tasting different types of sherry and learning more about its production and different styles (including Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, and PX). The aging process has a significant impact on the style of the wine, and during the evening, you will learn about the Solera system and Flor yeast. Small Spanish snacks will be served with the sherries. The event is suitable for everyone. Age limit is 18 years.
